I clearly have been slacking on the blog portion... geez! Anyway, sorry! Would you believe after one year in Houston we relocated to Oklahoma?! Why so soon? Simple. My wife and I were ready for a balanced pace. We've lived the city life for most of our adulthood and it was just time to get back the roots of life. Houston was fun! Great people, food, music and community. We loved it! Now we'll begin our new chapter of music, photography and art in the Texoma region. The move was well calculated and thought out, and something we've been talking about doing ever since we met.
As far as music and touring is concerned, I'm in a prime location. I just booked shows in five different cities in the surrounding regions. I'm excited! I get to spread my sound to more listeners rather than be pigeon holed in a huge city with the nearest cities (four to six hours away) and still be in Texas. Don't get me wrong, I'M A TEXAN, born and raised and that'll never be a question but change is good for mental and physical growth. I'm glad we landed where we did. Who knows what this year has in store for us. Check out my tour dates and see if I'll be in your neck of the woods. Thanks for reading, y'all! (in my Texas accent).
